We were trying to make home made facial masks, but they looked so yucky we threw them away. I wish we could just create products like those that we found at www.oxis.com. Followed Oxis on Twitter and even subscribed to their page by liking Oxis on facebook, but still we couldn't make ourselves what we wanted.
Well, all because we wanted to make home made anti-aging solutions by mashing together avocado, hahaha.. Maybe we'll try another recipe tomorrow. Oxidative stress is too much for us to bear. Imagine your skin will look 10 years older and will make you look like grandma or your mom even when you are yet 22. Imagine that?
The sad part is that people with diseases can not do away with oxidative stress. But those who do not have cancer or kidney malfunction, or Alzheimer's will also suffer from oxidative stress if they smoke, drink or have themselves exposed to free radicals like pollution and may others. Even psychological abnormalities like depression and many others can do too. So basically, it can affect anyone and everyone. We should be aware that it is not a good thing. Antioxidants should always be part of our daily intake..
